Warranty Rate Applications 2024
For Authorised Repairers that have applied for a Warranty rate increase at the end of 2023, we have collated and checked all of the submitted invoices and application forms received. We would like to remind you of the calculation: The Warranty Labour Rate will be based on a fixed 12% discount to the average recovery rate charged to retail customers (excluding VAT), capped at a maximum increase/decrease of £10.00 an hour of a retailers 2023 Warranty Labour Rate. Due to the scale of this exercise, it is not practical to issue these calculations and results on an individual basis, however the warranty systems will be updated reflecting the 2024 rates and will be applied to all claims with a DWC date from and including March 1st 2024
